By downloading, installing, or using the MoGains application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MoStudios LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

MoGains is an AI-powered fitness coaching application that provides form analysis, workout guidance, and fitness tracking features. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze exercise form and provide feedback to users.

3. Health and Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: MoGains is designed as a supplementary fitness tool and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from qualified healthcare providers or certified fitness professionals.

• Always consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program
• Users exercise at their own risk and are solely responsible for their safety during workouts
• The Company is not liable for any injuries, damages, or health issues resulting from App usage
• This tool is intended to complement, not substitute, proper training and professional guidance
